Wright Brothers Oyster and Porter House
Our small-but-perfectly-formed dining room is made up of a long oyster bar and high tables. It is relaxed, informal and full of life. The open kitchen, counter seating and blackboard menus all add to its magic. Naturally, our speciality is oysters and throughout the year we offer a wide range, sourced from the best producers around the British Isles and France including those from our very own Duchy oyster farm in Cornwall.
Head chef Rob Malyon has a passion and flair for great ingredients cooked simply. We sell only fish and shellfish from sustainable stocks and source as much as possible from small Cornish day boats, embracing our 'sea to plate' philosophy.
